A superb Georgian Regency Red Glass Decanter which dates to c1830.

It has its original mushroom. slice cut and gold gilded stopper. The slice cutting and gold gilt design carry on down the decanter which has a star cut base.

Continental in origin it has a chip to the poring rim as shown with a few small pin pricks here and there. it measures 8 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter. A fine example and rare colour.
