Body : mallet shaped – slight tapering towards the base; gilded foliate design around the base of a navette with HOLLANDS to the centre; further gilding around the neck rings
Base : A polished pontil. with small remains of the pontil scar at the centre
Glass Type : Lead.
Size : 23.5 cm to top of stopper and base 8.8cm diameter
Condition : Excellent; no chips. cracks or flakes; gilding worn in places on the neck rim and label; minor inclusions to the body and mossing to the base on the wear line

Hollands was a widely used term for Gin from where it was originally imported. the period alternative being Geneve
