Description
A superb Regency / early Victorian glass decanter which dates to c1840.
It has a wrythened green body and spire stopper and in in superb condition. There are slice cuts to the neck that continue down to the shoulder of the decanter.
English lead. ground polished pontil.
It has no chips cracks or restoration and no clouding.
The base of the foot exhibits wear consistent with the age of the glass.
It stands 13 inches tall to the top of the stopper.
A stunning piece.
