Additional Information : You can see an almost identical example (slightly different cutting on the reverse face) within the book Irish Glass by Phelps Warren who states that flasks of this specific form are uncommon. The example in the book has the initials GWP for George W Penrose who was one of the founders of the Waterford Glass House in 1783.
