One of the real appeals of antique sealed wine bottles is in discovering more about those who owned them. The Middle Temple has a fascinating history. Originally. along with its fellow inn of court the Inner Temple. it was part of “The Temple” which was the headquarters of the Knights Templar. Lawyers first came to The Temple in 1320 and it is still one of the most prestigious legal institutions in the world 700 years later.
