Bowl : Double ogee with a lipped or everted rim
Stem : Eight sided pedestal with diamonds on shoulders
Foot : Conical
Pontil : Snapped
Glass Type : Lead

Condition : Excellent. no chips or cracks

It would be far more lucrative to call this a champagne glass. but that would be to deny all historical evidences and common sense. The seven years war was still raging. the price of wine had soared as men were taken from viticulture to the field of battle and grapes went unpicked when this was made
