We have classified this as a jelly glass however with calipers the internal dimension of the bowl at the highest point below the pan top is 18mm tapering to 13mm at the base. This fails the spoon test. Only an 18th century mustard spoon can reach the base of the bowl without the edge of the spoon grazing against the internal bowl. becoming stuck with the tip of the spoon well above the base. The jelly made for such a glass must have been almost liquid in order to drink it from the bowl.

This angular knop above a domed foot is a very rare feature on a jelly glass or a dram for that matter.
