This fails the 'spoon test'. The internal diameter is 6.7mm at the base of the bowl and the narrowest 18th century spoon that we have which is 14.8mm at it's widest point becomes stick in the bowl 2.3cm from the base with the tip of the spoon not in contact with the base. We  have to assume that the jelly served was runny and could be sipped from the glass. Alternatively this is a pan topped dram glass perhaps.
