Stem : A thick plain stem with a large air tear

Size : 17.5cm tall with a 7.6cm bowl and a 9.5cm foot
Condition : There is a single “bruise” to the rim below the gilding. Probaby from manufacture

The number and letter will have been used to identify a glass and it’s user or owner. Sets of numbered and lettered glasses are know to have been used by the elite within German university fencing and drinking clubs. The equivalent of the “Bullingdon boys” by all accounts
