SOLD – Georgian Engraved Composite Wine Glass c1750

Description

A superb Georgian Composite Wine Glass c1750. It has an everted rim round funnel bowl. This is beautifully engraved with large fruiting vines and a very detailed moth. the fruits having polished detailing. It has a plain stem above and below a large air beaded knop above a domed foot.

English lead. no chips cracks or restoration. it measures 6 1/8 inches tall with a 2 9/16^th inch bowl and 2 13/16 inch foot.
