A range of dates between 1750 and 1790 is given by all standard reference materials and museums. We have erred on the side of caution. The foot has been polished but not recontoured beneath. The wear is geniune. it is erratic and not artificially applied. indicating that any polishing to the foot rim was not undertaken recently. This remains a beuatiful wine glass.
