Description
An 18th century wine glass with an annulated collar c1750. There is a solid section at the base of the bell bowl above a multi series air twist stem and high conical foot with snapped pontil. The foot is unusually thick and the stem is a little thicker than one would usually expect. Annular collars are an unusual variant.
English lead. no chips. cracks or restoration. it measures 6 5/16 inches tall with a 2 3/8 inch bowl and 2 5/8 inch foot.
