Stem : Drop knop with air tear above a ball knop cushion
Foot : Conical folded
Pontil : Snapped
Glass Type : Lead 
Size :  15cm height.  7.0cm diameter bowl. 7.0cm diameter foot 
Condition : Excellent. no chips or cracks
