Description
A well-proportioned Georgian Facet Cut Wine Glasses which dates to 1780.
It has a Round Funnel Bowl with a Hexagonal Facet Cut Stem above a conical foot with snapped pontil. English lead. no chips cracks or restoration. the foot rim does have a ‘kink’ in it which is from manufacturing. Doesn’t effect the balance of the glass in any way and just one of those nice quirks that you get with 18th cen glass. It measures 5 ½ inches tall with a 2 3/8 inch bowl and 2 7/8 inch foot.
