SOLD – Georgian Egg & Dart Facet Cut Wine Glass c1780

Description

A Georgian engraved wine glass c1780 with has a round funnel bowl engraved with swags of “egg and dart” or tulips and olive cuts if you prefer around the bowl. The slice and notch cut stem adjoins a conical foot with snapped pontil.

English lead. no chips cracks or restoration. it measures 5 inches tall with a 2 7/16 inch bowl and 2 ½ inch base.
