SOLD – Georgian Jacobite Engraved Plain Stem Wine Glass c1750

Description

A very elegant Georgian Jacobite engraved plain stem wine glass c1750 which has a round funnel bowl engraved with a beautiful Jacobite rose. an open bud. closed bud and three leaves either side of the rose.

Sits on a plain stem above a conical foot with snapped pontil.

English lead. it’s in superb condition with no chips cracks or restoration. measuring 6 ¼ inches tall with a 2 5/16 inch bowl and 2 9/16 inch foot
