Description

A large beutiful Georgian opaque twist wine glass c1760 with an ogee bowl with hammered moulding to the lower section.

Sits on a highly aesthetic double series opaque twist stem consisting of a two spiral threads outside a spiral cable. It has a large conical foot with snapped pontil.

English lead glass. no chips or cracks or restoration.

It measures 6 ¼ inches tall with a 2 ¼ inch bowl and 3 ¼ inch foot.
