A rare opaque Twist wine glass with a tulip bowl and domed foot. The double series opaque twist stem consists of a pair of spiral threads outside a lace gauze. Domed foot with snapped pontil.
A Tulip bowl in combination with a domed foot is a particularly rare vairiant and the first of this form we have had for sale.
English lead. no chips cracks or restoration. it measures 6 1/8 inches tall with a 2 9/16 inch bowl and 2 5/8 inch foot.
