Eric Knowles Comments. This is the first time I have seen a glass with polished diamonds on the shoulders. This was obviously intended to make the glass comfortable to hold. A weighty and tactile example. The annular cushion is always good dating evidence with pedestal stems, they are invariable later than those made without.
