Description
This is an extremely elegant and tall glass with a flared bell bowl. A wine glass with a plain stem and folded foot dating to c1740. The bowl accounts for half of the overall height and the flared rim gives it beautiful balance and proportion. The stem exhibits undulations from its formation and the bowl and foot have all the requisite striations and tooling marks. Conical foot. snapped pontil.
