Restoration : The foot and lower stem have been broken. This has been repaired with a glass glue bit and a new glass stem with silver collar. The petal cut foot is late Victorian
Weight : 1298 grams
Additional Information : This is the earliest and rarest English glass goblet that we have offered for sale. We believe that this is also missing a cover with an elaborate finial. There were numerous Venetian glass blowers in England and this is very much in a Venetian style. It is impossible to attribute this to any of the early English glass manufactories. it is not possible to even eliminate Ravenscroft despite the absence of a seal.
