However, these statistics and reports will not and do not contain any information that would identify individual users of the Website. To be clear we know who has made a purchase, we have to. We do not know who is browsing the site.

Please also note that as a UK Limited company we comply with VAT notice 700/21. We are legally obliged to maintain records of both purchases and sales for a period of six years.

To be clear we store name, address, email and phone number if supplied. We also keep a record of items purchased from us, or items we have sold on your behalf, if any. We do not store any financial details, credit card details, bank account details and we do not have access to this information we use third party systems such as Worldpay and Paypal to receive monies.

Other Rights: as an EU citizen, you may have a legal right to have your personal information rectified, its use restricted, or deleted entirely provided that this does not force us to breach UK VAT regulations and corporate law. If we process your data as part of a contract, you may request to be given that information in an industry-standard digital format for processing with another data controller. If you have given us expressed consent to process your information, but that information is not used in the execution of a contract, you may withdraw this consent at any time.
