Description

Georgian Irish Sweetmeat Glass c1800. It has a notch cut rim above a scale and diamond facet cut bowl. the cuts being shallow and very well executed. Sits on a Capstan stem above a thick facet cut foot.

Excellent dark grey colour. high lead glass. Irish in origin. no chips cracks or restoration. it measures 41/4 inches tall with a 3 5/8 inch bowl and  3 1/8 inch foot.

A superb very unusual example.
