Decoration : Of boat form reminiscent of depictions of Noah’s Ark – central cover opens to reveal lift out tray with cavities under the other two comparements. The other two compartments open sideways. Ring handles atttached at lion’s head terminals and four paw feet with fruting vine decoration. Dentil stringing throughout.
Size : 28.4cm x 16.2cm, 16.8cm height
Condition : Excellent, minor wear with age. Working lock and key.
Restoration : Sympathetically relined interior and professionally polished
