Decoration : Brass bound rosewood box with repetating shield type pattern to cover. Central cartouche reads ‘Mrs Alcock’. Peacock feather lined interior with red leather document holder which is heavily gilded.
Size : 28.2cm x 22.3cm, 11.9cm height
Condition : Good, light general wear – lacks the dividers it once contianed. One hinge ever so slightly loose which has causes a very slight smile when unlocked. Working lock and key.
