Date : Hallmarked in London in 1825 for Rebecca Emes and Edward Barnard

Decoration : Coat of Arms of the 1st Marquess of Northampton. Chased foliate and stippled banding toccover. Chased raspberry band to top of the body, sinusoidal foliate bandto base. Loop handle with acanthus leaf thumb piece. Inset ( recessed) hinge as used on the finest pieces
Size :  15.4cm height, 29cm handle to spout
Condition :General light wear with age, scattered light scratches
