Decoration : Central stylised foliate mosaic flanked on either side by two bird mosaics. tickware border within keylines. The side panels of the cover and body with stickware geometric banding. Contains two gloves.

Condition : Good, some minor areas of lifting and rubbing. Lacks lock and key.

Almost certainly the work of George Burrows either shortly before or after the partnership with James Burrows ended. This piece is a beautiful example of relatively early tessellated Tunbridge ware.
