Condition : Excellent. no chips or cracks . There are some small particles of clinker in the bowl these are visible in the images between the oak leaf and the closed bud

This is not a fake. it was never made to deceive. It is a Victorian wine glass and the engraving was almost certainly undertaken in the 1920s when there was a resurgent interest in Georgian glassware and prices responded accordingly.
In terms of net present value the prices paid in the 1920s by collectors for Jacobite glasses was an all time high.
