Description
A superb Victorian engraved wine goblet which dates to c1870. It has a deep round funnel bowl which has a band of anthemion around the upper half with Greek key and geometric engravings below. Long slice cut stem on a printie engraved foot which has a polished pontil.
English lead. no chips cracks or restoration. it has a tinY slither on the rim as shown which is truly insignificant. It measures an impressive 7 5/8 inches tall and 3 3/8 inches in diameter.
