This firing glass comes from the collection of Fredesrick Braham. He was a west county antique dealer in the 1940s and 50s and was an avid glass collector. It still bears his collectors sticker No 5841 and cost his £5 when he purchased this.

This glass has ben used for its intended purpose. The glass will have been manufactured in Germany. It is very heavy for such a small glass. it weighs 11oz or 250gms if you prefer metric. It stands 3 7/8th inches high with a 2 1/2 inch bowl and a 2 1/8th inch foot. A little gem.
