Bowl : Ovular pyramid shape with applied trailing on to one side of the carafe and a vermiform band to the neck. 
Pontil : Polished
Glass Type : Lead
Size : 21cm height. 14.5cm base length. 

Condition : Excellent. no chips or cracks
Restoration : Professionally cleaned

The form is of this carafe was inspired by early leather flasks hence “leather bottle”. This carafe appears in the 1880 James Powell & Sons catalogue.
