An almost identical example in the National Museum of Finland is attributed to the Karhula Glassbruk 1890. We have found another example attributed to Holmegaard Denmark with the same ribbed sides but with true legs. Zoomorphic forms. most notable from Hukin and Heath. Crichton and Curry were very much the vogue in the late 19th century although gertman and Bohemian forms are known from the early 18th century.
