Bowl : Thistle shaped with thickened deceptive lower section. Good tooling marks
Stem : Capstan
Foot : Conical
Pontil : Snapped. traces of iron are present in the pontil
Glass Type : Lead 
Size : 8.4 cm height. 4.7 cm diameter bowl. 5.5 cm diameter foot 
Condition : Excellent. no chips or cracks 
Restoration : None 
Weight: 104 grams 

This is most unusual and more likely to be by WHB Richardson than any Scottish factory
