We have a magnificent Facon De Venise Wine Glass which dates to between 1650 and 1680.
It has a Tulip Bowl with a Tapered base above a Coloured Twisted Serpent Stem (Rubber Red each side of White) with applied and pincered Turquoise Wings. Sits on a folded conical foot which has a rough snapped pontil. No chips cracks or restoration. it measures 7 ½ inches tall with a 2 inch bowl and 3 1/8 inch foot.
