Decoration : one with a small panel of isometric cubes to the wide back of the brush. and a floral mosaic to the handle – the other vice-versa; sparing use of green oak tesserae to both; the use of slightly larger tesserae for the brush-back mosaic suggests that these are the work of Boyce. Size : 24.4 cm long x 3 cm wide with 3.3 cm bristles
Condition : Excellent; tiny (individual tesserae) losses to the handles. otherwise flawless
