Additional Information : Known as “orange pots” in France or bulb pots or root pots in England. Bulb pots originated in China and were used to force bulbs to flower out of season. They would be used in at all times except for the summer months. Alexandre Moitte of the Clignancourt manufactory is recognised for his sublime pictorials and elaborate decoration
