Features : Decorated with a continuous band of floral foliate gilding atop an orange ground. Prow form. moulded shoulder. short spout and a spurred loop handle. Triangular pierced strainer. Tapering pierced lid with a gilded finial.
Size : 6 ½ inches tall by 10 ½ inches in length (spout to handle)
Stand Size : 5 3/8 inches wide by 6 7/8 inches in length
Condition : No chips or cracks. minor secure hairline to the base. wear commensurate with age

The younger brother of John Rose who stared a manufactory with William Reynolds and was joined in 1803 Robert Anstice and William Horton. The sibling rivalry continued until Anstice Horton and Rose was purchased by John Rose in 1814.
