Additional Information : Neoclassical motifs were widely deployed on both glassware and porcelain during the final 30 years of the 18th century when the style was at its most fashionable. The folded food may indicate that this is a little later within the given date range when the impact of the 1746 glass tax had denuded or it may be free trade glass made in Ireland after 1780.
