Foot : A single annular knop joins the bowl to the terraced foot
Pontil : Polished

Size : 15.5cms height. 10.0cm diameter bowl. 5.7cms square
Condition : No chips or cracks. One bowl has a band of water clouding. The other has three parallel 4mm long scratches on the bowl and a 9.5cm scratch inside the bowl. Small particles of clinker within the bowls from manufacture

Weight: 802 grams
All the examples within the V and A collection with the same feet are dated as being 1790 to 1810. The mitred edge on the narrow cutting wheel used is a later feature. hence the date given
