Name : Lantern Chandelier- Large Gothic Style
Description : A large gothic style lantern based on a smaller original lantern from Wilton House in Salisbury. the family home of the Earl & Countess of Pembroke. Wilton House was designed by the English architect James Wyatt (1746 – 1813) and he was also the architect of the Georgian Gothic Rooms at Auckland Castle. During the recent restoration of the State Rooms at the Castle. Wilkinson were commissioned to manufacture a series of large gothic lanterns and this example is finished in a polished brass finish with an internal eight-light pendant with E14 lamps.
