SOLD – Pair of Frosted Blue Jobling Art Deco Glass Pin Trays c1930

Description

A pair of Jobling glass pin trays or open salts. They are of a pale frosted blue colour. Cast in relief with two fish which have had the outer raised areas polished as well as the inner bowl. typical of Jobling’s output and workmanship. Glass has been made in Sunderland since the time of Bede and the wear flint glass works and Jobling is a continuation of this fine tradition.

Minute chip to the rim as shown. no cracks or restoration. They measure ¾ inches tall with a 3 inch bowl.
