This may be by Riedel. Rindskopf or perhaps Poschinger. The bright copper overlay was most frequently deployed by Rinkskopf. The style is early secessionist. with a rigid geometry.
The bold secessionist design of the Wiener Wekstatte was widely used on enameled and cut glass vases by J and L Lobmyr. Moser. Rozenburg and others from 1890 to 1920.
