The engraving is of exceptional quality and shows a coach with four horses and a coachman and footmen, one with trumpet. Below is inscribed ” Spare not nor Spend too Much/ Be This Thy Care/ Spare but to Spend and Only/ Spend to Spare” and “Lord Wellington”.
To the reverse a cartouche with initials WHN with floral swags and ribbons. A castle is engraved above the cartouche with the Union Jack flying.
