Condition : Excellent. no chips or cracks. some minor rubbing to the gilding as shown

Weight: 170 grams

We have found several period recipes for ketchup. It was more likely to have been made from walnuts or mushrooms or anchovies than tomatoes with heaps of added sugar. Here is one from Mrs Beeton that nees to be attempted
