Every shipment is packed to the highest standards. All items are fully insured in transit for both domestic and international delivery.
We used tracked and signed for services within the United Kingdom and tracked shipments for all other purchases. All tracking numbers are emailed to customers. Orders are always dispatched within two working days. Orders may be delayed upon request. We will always aggergate orders and refund all excess shipping and insurance costs.
We use the UK Post office, UPS and other couriers at our discretion based on the size , value and weight of the items to be delivered.
