We have  faied to identify a manufacturer. The bold secessionist decoration was utilised by the Wiener Wekstatte. J and L Lobmyr. Moser. Rozenburg and others from 1880 to 1920. We would like to thank Nouveau and deco design specialist John Masters for his guidance and and for assaying this.
