This is a Richardson “design”. They had been producing Regency style tumblers from the 1890s until the business was acquired by Webb in 1930. Richardson examples were marked with paper labels. Webb continued to produce some Richardson designs into the 1950s and these were marked with a smaller label with alternative text “Richardson design”. The bases of the later examples also has acid etched marked “Webb”.
At 490g each on average these are heavyweight whisky tumblers of the highest quality.
