Stem : Large hollow knop
Stem Features : Sterling silver coronation commemoration coin inside the stem – hallmarked in 1936 in London for Turner and Simpson
Foot : Conical 
Pontil : Snapped
Glass Type : Lead
Size :  12.9cm height. 6.1cm diameter bowl. 7.1cm diameter foot 
Condition : Excellent. no chips or cracks

Weight: 166 grams 

This was manufactured between January 21st and 10th December 1936 as. famously. Edward VIII abdicated in December of 1936 in order to marry Wallis Simpson. Turner and Simpson were Birmingham silversmiths and unrelated to Wallis
