Art Deco Bohemian Glass Vase Moser Silver Overlay c1920

This is a bit of a mystery. We are unable to attribute this to a specific factory although the experts on 20th Century say it may be Moser. Lets say it is Bohemian. The vase is fluted and fades from a deep to a pale amethyst. The “silver overlay” bird may be a bittern but it could be anopther wading bird . but no matter it is very well engraved silver. It stands 11 1/2 inches tall and is a spectaculat piece of glass!
