This is pure Regency revival from the first 20 years post WW1. Bohemian glasses with screw on feet and bowls are known from the 1720s but these have glass screw threaded male and female components. This uses a nickel alloy. The foot packs away inside the bowl and this was clearly made for the purposes of travel.
